How Chandler Cabinets Keeps Cool with Super Duty Fans

Investing in the right industrial fan is crucial when it comes to maintaining a comfortable and efficient workspace in large facilities. Super Duty Fans are designed to decrease indoor air pollution, protect inventory, improve energy consumption, and ensure that employees stay cool and comfortable. But don’t just take our word for it.

We recently conducted a series of interviews with our clients on YouTube to showcase what real Super Duty Fans users have to say about Super Duty Fans. We covered it all from usage and environmental improvements to standout features and employee feedback.

Today, we’re spotlighting an interview with Chandler Cabinets, a Pilot Point, Texas premier cabinet maker. They built a new 2,000-square-foot facility in 2019, bringing airflow concerns typical of larger spaces. Super Duty Fans stepped in to provide a solution that goes beyond traditional HVLS fans. Just a few things we covered include but weren’t limited to:

  • How they use Super Duty Fans in their facilities
  • How these fans have helped improve their environment
  • What features stand out the most to them
  • What their employees think of the fans now

We were so honored to come in and install several ceiling fans rather than standard HVLS fans. Here are a few comments from their friendly employees:

“They definitely help out a lot, and I like the way they are kind of in the air instead of being on the floor because normally, anytime you go, you’d have trouble placing your fan around the machinery,” said Ramiro Mendoza, a CNC operator. “So where are you going to have it located so that you really get the air? It’s just that you’ve always got to make room for a fan on the ground, whereas this is in the air. It’s definitely helping a lot better to circulate the air more. You feel it a lot better, and it’s not bothering anybody.”

“From what I’ve seen industry-wise, Super Duty Fans are more suited for the situation,” said maintenance supervisor Seth Mitchell. “They’re better built for the atmosphere we’re in; these guys tend to beat on things a little bit — long pieces of wood and stuff like that.”

One thing we heard that we really liked was that Super Duty Fans — even from way up on the ceiling — don’t impact their unique working environment. Because they are cabinet makers, you can imagine how much dust, etc. flies around in that warehouse. If you add in the fans, that would appear to be a recipe for disaster. But this is not the case. If anything, debris from the individual workspaces is cleared away easier because of the fans high above.

As a result, several employees said that the fans stay on almost 24-7.

A robust fan that works for everyone

Chandler Cabinet’s story is unique because, as we all know, everyone uses Super Duty Fans differently. And honestly, that’s what we love the most about our fans. Our fans work where others can’t because they’re easy to install and fit into tight spaces, including being able to point the fan exactly where it’s needed. Super Duty Fans benefits include:

  • Easy installation without having to bring in a professional
  • Can be moved to provide clearance for moving cranes
  • Focused airflow on workers and workstations
  • No lengthy cords and tripping hazards
  • The ability to keep fans out of operational areas
  • Easily fit into tight spaces so nearby cranes and equipment can’t hit them
  • OSHA-compliant guarding and tough construction minimize damage
